it does seem like a while but I'd imagine the schedule looks something like this:

3 days to fit the wheels into their build order.
1 day to cast the wheels
1-3 days for maching
1 day to send out for finishing
2-3 days for finishing
1 day to send back from finishing
1 day to get inspected
2-3 days to ship

so really not too bad

Team Dynamics. Good company, good wheels. Just happened that someone made an error.
Ahh, yeah - I'm semi familiar with TD, being a big enough name to have made it into FM4.

10-12weeks?! damn. Full custom spec though?
I'd love to get a 17x7.5 4-108's w/whatever offset keeps my tires the hell away from the strut spring mount plate (~55-60? or is that moving in the wrong direction? heh).

Lower is further out. Higher is sunk in.

They only offer what I got in 7 wide.

I think 1.2's come in 7 or 8.

Darwin there's a group buy with good prices on FJ. Look for the deals/new stuff thread.

There was a summer sale going on to blow out what's in inventory, dunno if those prices are still going. But normal prices were good. I paid $718+shipping. So 818 total

ah, k. Then i would be looking for something closer to 17x7.5 @37-42mm so i can put 225's on it and not have to worry about thrashing them on the strut/coil-over spring mount. thing is, it seems that a good looking, lightweight 7.5" rim and a tire to fit it is a next to impossible to find. getting kinda annoyed by that detail.

You can put a 225 on a 7. Right offset won't rub. Hell it shouldn't rub on stock svt wheel

Here Darwin
http://www.bojix.com/wheels/xxr-522-...x-8-4x108/100/

Come in that, hold, gloss black, and matte silver

i want a variety of widths i can try on the car though. I want to completely rebuild the suspension, which may allow me to go even wider. I'd rather only have to buy one new set of rims, may as well be 7.5's (will be using current rims for winter tires)
