Was many funs. I totally get why Brad wants a miata. Was a super blast for 'cheap'. Can't wait till the G feels like that but in roids. Managed a 35.2. I think the quickest times were super low 31's. Not sure if anyone had a 30.xx or not

Holy crap this is early. Being to work at 5 in auburn hills (45 min drive) vs going in at 5-6 in Livonia (10 minutes or less) is a huge difference.

just under a half a mile IIRC from Aku?

so about the same length as an MSU event........but much less technical and far faster/flowy.

Assuming the miata was like the grape it was pretty much WOT/coast/WOT/coast/WOT finish

I think that's how timmeh said he was driving it and is possibly why he was a bit slower than I. I actually did use the brake so I could be on the gas longer before needing to actually turn. Plus I'd stay on the brake while turning it a bit to get the car to rotate a little. But there was deff a lot less brake that if I had been in the G that's for sure haha.

Also that Red Grand Sport Corvette was super mc angry and sounded amazing. On the way home from my parents house Timmeh and I saw that car again at 10mile and Novi

the wail at top end was amazing!

in hind sight I'm wondering if thats also how Sean was running faster than me. Hopefully he gets the youtube videos up before nationals so I can compare the difference in driving styles.
