That depends. You are only talking peak HP, which only matters for a brief instant at the end of each gear. The power curves is what matters. I would bet the Abarth is making 20hp more and way more torque or more at like 3500rpm.

boost feels deceptively fast.
my stock e36 325 was as fast as a stage 1 1.8t gti although it felt much slower.
