Yeah its been cleaned, could clean again I guess. Filter is okay. Do wanna buy the correct aem tho

Hmm, I know mine always sounded differently on start up. The idle never fluctuated but you could hear differences in the exhaust. It didn't affect drivability at all though.

I know making a mistake in spark plug gap would cause mine to sound cammed like you said.
