That's not exactly correct. Most nutritionists will tell you all coke zero does is use artificial sweeteners to spike your blood sugar levels, but then your body isn't getting the calories it thinks it should with that spike in glucose.

This then causes you to be hungrier/get hungry faster, and then you just eat more of other things.

Fact: The average diet soda drinker is fatter than the average regular soda drinker.

Do 50 push ups everyday. (Takes 5 minutes if you are slow.) When you can do them in two sets, (of 25 each) then do 100 push ups everyday. You'd be amazed how much of a difference that can make. (Especially if you don't have a gym to go to.)

That and do something like mountain bike or do other things that are fun, yet burn calories. Or play basketball, etc.
I'm also going to volunteer to do the lawn mowing all the time for extra walking plus i do wanna get back into skateboarding more but need to make the time for it.

edit: Also invite me to go wakeboarding after work fool

I wanted to gain weight when i worked out a lot the last mo and a half. I gained 17lbs and went up in strength for every exercise and muscle group.

I am now going to cut all of that weight off (as probably half was fat, it's inevitable) and get leaner while keeping the strength.

I don't drink pop anymore, beer only periodically, same with alcohol, and eat lots of veggies and fruits. Also, I eat a lot of lean meats and lots of carbs before workouts, either night before or a few hours prior to the workouts. I lost 7lbs of the 17 I gained already in less than two weeks. I'm 5'6" and got to 168, not at ~160lbs.

Diet is KEY! Also, running. I've been running 2-3 miles for the last week almost every day.

Since we've got so many folks getting into auto-X this year here's a quick way to figure out what class your in!
http://www.sff.net/people/dburkhead/prepcompare.htm

I want to build an interactive excel spreadsheet that has you go through and list mods and then automatically tells you what class your in based on the mods and model of car

also....Hurray!!

DS PAX multiplier is .821
STX PAX is .822

So I can bump into STX which allows me to use the Recaros, 9" wide wheels, coilovers and most other fun mods with exception to catless pipes and slicks.

so stay in DS this summer, bump into STX next summer and replace slicks with Star Specs (which BTW 2 of the people that beat me in Pax were on star specs and 1 was on my tires)

on an approx. 42 second course like this weekends I have to be .126 seconds faster per lap to pax exactly where I did on sunday......with the mods allowed I think that should be easily do able. given that I can drop a few hundred pounds in stx as well

I know diet soda is basically worse than non-diet, but the "zero" stuff is way better than diet. You basically can't win with pop either way haha

According to that sheet... because my car is a 91 I can go to steel brake lines and stay in stock!!! I can also go to any aftermarket shock that fits in the stock location as long as it has no more than two adjustments... so basically koni yellows... neat.
