I'd say check the idle air control valve too....I dont recall the exact procedure to check it but thats another possible culprit based on what your describing.

Timmay, I'd say either all stock (which given how old the stock stuff is may be a nice improvement) or some springs if........the dampers can handle them. something 25-30% stiffer than stock (again if dampers will handle it) with minimal drop would be ideal! also are there any strut options available for your car? something like konis/vogtlands would probably be very similar to the konis/h&r's on my car and the perfect mixture of firmness but still comfy.

also keeps the car high enough for rally cross!

ive got one spark plug wire bad, so going to get new ones from Ford. gotta call fswerks to see if i need a different gap as well cause of the tune. this all happened after having the tune on for about 3 days

well there was/is a vogtland group buy but apparently people aren't happy with the quality...

there are rumors of H&R's....

lots of guys with shorter (either cut or by design) springs are running the Bilstein HD dampers (as opposed to the Bilstein comforts that come stock)

ya the idea would be keep him about where he is right now (maybe another half inch down) and make him ride nice...

at this point all stock would be nice for AutoX and road driving but idk how it would look... i'll have to find pics.

Jordan. My Toms tune did not affect mine in colder weather. Leg us know if the wires help.

not enough people realize that the double wishbone front is a great setup for driving aggressive...

Did you have to change your gap at all. I'm hoping this wire may have been my rough idle problem too. When I pulled one wire while running it got super rough. Not so much with the other 3. And didn't feel/see spark from the bad wire.did with others

just bought wires 50 bucks OEM from ford with discount. Wondering why after the tune it would suddenly go bad. More spark from the tune and the wire finally gave up? it drove fine yesterday. then it sat for over 12 hrs. and then boom no start. gonna go throw wires on , be back in a bit.
