Kind of a random question guys, but my clutch is starting to engage a lot closer to the floor board then it usually does. My brake fluid is above min, but could use a little, any ideas as to why this would be happening? Think it just needs more fluid?

Yeah, that's what it is. Did some poking around on here, then went and got up under the dash. The clutch pedal is damp with brake fluid, and my brake fluid is close to the min, so its been leaking a bit, and I'm guessing got low enough to suck some fluid in. I guess the pickup for the clutch is higher than the one for the brakes. (Makes sense, clutch goes before stoppers do.) So have to do that on xmas eve, YAY.

that sucks but yay im right :) lol.

when mine blew i had oil underneath the dash somewhere? never saw it but mechanic said there was.

i think i got mine replaced with an oe shitty replacement from advance auto? ford i think was crazy expensive and oreilys was out?

Ford was cheap. I think I paid 60 or less, something like that. Its a bitch to do haha. Take the drivers seat out! The lines inside the engine bay on the firewall is what took me the longest. And don't break the plunger!!!! I did and had to buy a second haha, I barely put any pressure on it too.
