Yes they are ugly as hell, but would be funny to see one slammed on wide wheels...

Minus the roof rack...

I love those!! I'm not kidding, I was seriously considering trading in my leased 2004 SVT in 2007 before I boosted it on a turbo Baja. Even test drove one and measured the trunk area for a surfboard. hahaha

Looking back, glad I didn't. Wouldn't have had as much fun through the years as I've had with my focus.

Oh, and Klod, I picked up the passenger seat last night. Thanks for the link!

so to those of you who still have a focus, and well to those who had one in the past with aftermarket exhaust... ok this disclaimer was useless.

anyway,

right now i have the stock exhaust set up with doms HFC. I am debating going ORP + magnaflow 2.25 inch exhaust in the spring. Im just worried about a few things, for one, it seems like ORP's break a lot due to the lack of bracket. I also hate super loud cars. I've heard al's set up and its not that loud, but I am not sure if I could handle it all of the time.

Anybody have any input? :D

I have read a lot and it seems that most people don't have cracking problems but some do, it just seems random i guess.

I like quiet cars....that said I always had an ORP on both of my focuses

the first was svt header ORP and borla exhaust with a HUGEEEE magnaflow resonator (which still droned a little)

the second focus had a FocusCentral Header, ORP and apexi exhaust which was bar none the best sounding 4 cylinder exhaust I've ever heard (except for subarus) if a used one ever pops up I suggest you jump on it immediately.

it was nice and quiet while cruising but would have a nice loud growl when you punched it.

edit: theres actually a used one for sale right now!

They aren't available new any longer
