I had those, I didn't hate them, they weren't great tho. They lasted a long time for me tho, so that's odd. They were on my SVTF. Well if you want you can take a spin in my car this spring, and see how they feel to you if you want. I basically have a stock SVT setup on the ST.

Haha no way? What teams were you on and what was your alias? I won cal-p twice with two different teams. Talent and eQuilibrium. Then played a season in invite before quitting. We were able to beat some pretty high profile teams before I quit. I quit because I met my fiancé (ncedillos) and I didn't want to make time for it anymore.

Great as in sticky?
sort of.....they wont be any star spec but they'd be better than all seasons. honestly I dont see them being much better than a proxy although the star specs would be light years ahead of the dz101 but you'd likely only get a summer out of star specs.

my other thought is they should be more than sufficient for DD use after all you have slicks to use for autocross so I wouldnt drop the extra cash on star specs or some other crazy UHP tire but thats just me.

people in this thread talk about having pulled transmissions a dozen times, swapping engines from entirely different cars into a focus and making more than double the stock horsepower of a SVTF and you ask if we know how to do a timing belt?

haha, I think he means that the variable timing is a bitch to get right.

I will look at the star specs also! If i get one summer and a few months I will be sorta happy.
