Anybody know a good paint shop between downriver and Dearborn? I've been thinking of getting a body kit for the longest time if the price is right but i absolutely refuse to let it touch my car without being painted.

and no, i'd better not get maaco :)

to each their own. i usually head up there because that type of crowd is likely to draw at least some cars i'm interested in. you'll see a couple parked in the lot of what used to be southgate tire, but it seems like the modern tuner crowd is sort of given the cold shoulder up there. either way, i'd be up for going there.

i respect the power the oldies have, that's for sure. they can definately perform some burn outs / races my focus will never pull off. i've just never been much on them. maybe i just missed the age cut off cause i can't stand led zeppelin either

Right on. My intake looks like it should be here Friday. If I get that on, keep an eye out for a Liquid Gray ZTS glowing red with the bass going. Don't be afraid to say hi, I look intimidating/dark but I'm very kind

When I bought my old car it had some APC tail lights or something on it, which I hated, and Ford wouldn't give me the OEM ones. At the cruise last year, maybe the year before, I caught up to a guy with those same tail lights and we were able to negotiate a sale of his stock lights to me while driving lol. I wonder if he is on this forum. He was from Riverview I think.

Now, exotic/super cars I'm all about. Did you know that up off of Allen just south of Eureka, a guy hides a red Testarossa in the attic of his garage? He has an elevator or something that he hoists it into the ceiling with. I wonder if he's ever driven it lol. There's a couple Diablo's/Vipers on Grosse Ile too. Jerks.
