Welcome Kev!

Well my car is somewhat together, i can drive it again but i still need to do the front suspension then i need to get an alignment. But WOW, i can feel a huge difference with the new rear suspension. I still have 1 set of bushings to do on it but i might wait a while to put it on.

Hey guys, is it bad that im already thinking of getting different springs? I wonder how much i could sell the svt springs for...

O and by different springs i mean maybe a 1/2'' more drop and higher spring rate still.

^^^^^ and the less clearance you'll have in the snow.

I sometimes wonder how people with those ultra-low body kits drive their cars in three inches of snow, with nice chunks of ice just waiting to tear up those pretty bumpers. Maybe they're not daily drivers.

Yea thats y im afraid to go much lower. This is my daily driver and as we all know, snow can get quite high. I was reading in one of the threads about a kit that droped the foci 1.2" total. From the getgo i always figured a 1" drop would save me the problems of the snow n such instead of the 1.5" most ppl go. Well i dunno now...I dont wanna have to do bodywork b/c my car hit ice.
The springs im talking about are the tanable springs.

^^ I wanna paint 4 calipers but NOOO hey im ford and i decided to make it 2 discs and 2 drums...

hey man i'm tellin you what, keep the SVT ride hight, and get some 17's on it you'll be much happier then keeping stock rims and lowering it more hell get standard SVT rims or look for aftermarket don't overspend your budget but i'm just sayin if you lower it more you're gonna be upset with yourself
