Awww Chaney you suck. I guess Michigan laws are gay and we have no fault insurance so my insurance will have to pay for it, seriously worst state ever. It wasnt even my fauly and my insurance has to deal with it like it was.

i thinkk your insurance will try to get money outta his insurance company, unless its the same company then thats poopy, i hope you have no speed tickets that havent been caught yet, if so your rates will go up!

i still have mi ins cuz i get a good deal on it, plus i have to decided in dec if i want to be a wi resident or stay mi, and with how shity mi is i might get WI plates, but i hate front plates lol

Yeah the reason I didn't know abotu it was because I'm under my Dad's insurance and his insurance is in AZ since he lives there. I have never gotten a ticket or in an accident, so I dunno. Still sucks and if my rates go up because of this guy I will find him and drag him with my car lol

natasha what u need to do is kinda sue him for the damage. tell ur insurance u backed out first, so u had right of way. if the guy got a ticket then its his fault. also if he ran off its known as a hit and run. it was something like this how the person insurance paid to get my mums suv fixed. she rear ended me, she got a ticket, my insurance called her insurance up and she siad she will pay for the car to get repaired. we will talk about it tonight
