^^ yeh your right, BUT:

(in reguards to alaska's post)
1. we noticed
2. what product? what service? when was this? (i guess how much is optional if its private)
3. after how many attempts? how long did it take to get a response?
4. how many attempts did he actually make? countless? hmmm
5. was this actually necessary? could it have been avoided? maybe not, but we dont know, cause we have no story....

y2k: publically calling question to the unreasonable eithics practiced at waynes website is ABSOLUTLY necessary. But there is a certain way people expected the post to be. Im not saying its wrong or right, just imcomplete maybe?

anyways, im sorry all this mess landed in your lap.....

he has 3 posts...

he has not explained anything about his order...

All he has done is act immature...

The times that I have dealt with Wayne have been excellent. But I don't think he was getting near the number of orders he is getting now, at least was getting.

yeah all the times i heard of someone getting "ripped off" by wayne there was more to the story the person wasn't telling us.

i met wayne in person a couple times he's a really nice guy. i don't see anyreason that he'd put his and his family's livelyhood, which is his business, at stake jsut to screw over one person.

i agree with many of the other people on here. we need details.

Okay, so anyways:

1. What product?
2. When was this ordered and how long was shipping suppose to take?
3. How and when did you try to contact Wayne, or a fellow associate?
4. If you did research, then how did you miss all the bad posts concerning Wayne that weren't deleted?
5. Did you speak with Daeron, Wayne's other half with this company?
6. What did the BBB say about them?

I mean, alittle back ground WOULD help the public view on this. Wayne, regardless of recent ethical and business practices does still have a following. His stuff is suppose to be right on, when it is actually sent/mailed/taken care of. So enlighten us please and we'll feel that much more in the loop of things.

I Met Wayne in person, when I bought my tune (on I-75). I had a major failure on his tune and could never get a hold of him after that.

1.yup we did
2. he ordered a tune. if he ordered a tuning device i dont know. but either way he ordered waynes service.
3/4. i cant answer because i dont know
5. yeah this post has some use in it. its just telling the rest the public that wayne has no customer relations, and that if you get your product it is taken way to long. so if you order from wayne have a lot of patients.

^ in number 5, i wasnt refering to the usefulness of his post. it is very useful, and i totally agree with you.

i was refering to if him filing mountains of paperwork and putting in a lot of time with BBB was necessary. i do not know if wayne could have settled sooner or whatever the story may have been...

but thanx anyways....

Not gonna happen b/c this is going to dealer, seller, vendor reviews.

Also as most see it also still has the link in Waynes forum so he can respond.
