Well look at it like this Matt. If someone made you a partner in the business, has you bascially handle the customer service aspect of it and then totally disappears and leaves you to have to hear all the frustrated customers. Now, if someone who is supposed to be your friend does that, do you really think you would want to try and defend them.

I think that has me worried the most seeing that this time NO ONE knows what happened to him. I wonder if any of his friends have been to his house yet to check up on him because I agree with S2, it's very unusal for a business owner to just disappear like that.

Yeah for all we know, the guy could have passed away (worst case obviously) cause it seems he's disappeared completely and nobody knows.......

He's probably got an actual shop (assuming) in the town he lives in? Anyone live in that town? Has anyone checked?

Maybe FBI Witness Protection Agency?.... sounds funny but really, anyone's guess is about as good as anothers.

I just got a myspace message from Keith (Daeron) yesterday and he said as of yesterday not even HE has heard from Wayne in almost 3 weeks!! Supposedly he showed up at NOPI ATL. but was really low key.

It is weird... maybe his business/family life just have sorta collapsed on him. Maybe hes pulling a Dave Chappelle, and flew off to South Africa to get his head straight.

I mean as always I dont want bad to come to someone... but I do live by the Hunter S. Thompson quote of "Buy the ticket, take the ride". If you put youself in a position that will destroy you... then its your own fault in most cases.

The people I feel worse for (pending Wayne isnt dead or something) are the people who have outstanding orders with the man. Hopefully Paypal and CC's can get the money back to those who paid and recieved nothing.

Witness Protection.... there's a new theory. What I cannot believe is that if Wayne WAS indeed at Nopi... then he has NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER, and I mean NONE, for not showing up on the boards, adressing the problems, or even talking to the customer. Zip. Zero. Zilch. No excuses.

I googled the address that is posted on the site and it looks to me like he works out of his house. Certainly cant imagine a full on garage here:
