Mazda Zoom Zoom live
Anyone here particapate in the ZOOM ZOOM live event in Englishtown this past weekend? I tried it out and got the second best overall time for the entire weekend. I went last and still got a hell of a time with a dead car, rain , and bald tires. My mom recieved the highest points on Saturday overall. My mom rocks. She races her Z3 M Coupe around the east coast. My dad races his M3 with her. I am Pete F. If anyone did go let me know.

I know Cleveland6Club.com is talking about doing a few events up there. I'm really interested in going and driving a new Mazdaspeed6 around the track a few times!

yes they are in the BMWCCA. They drive all over the east coast. I went once with them to Watkins Glen when I had my euro spec Three series. As for the Mazdaspeed 6? oh hell yeah

Just check my signature for the links you need to find your local SCCA region. From there it's just getting the gumption to head out to the next event. I would be shocked and amazed if your parents didn't know some of your local SCCA people as well, not to mention that there are tons of clubs oustide the SCCA that have events.
Just be prepared to become obsessed! Racing is about the most fun you can have with your pants on, and even though your not door to door with people, the competition can really get in your blood.
