that is jsut stupid...why in the hell would you do that to someone elses property?!? Just cause you work there doesn't mean you own the car and can destroy it if you want to.

Come to realize, after my Focus was in repair, I noticed the car's gotten like 30 miles on it for "brake squeal" problem that I had it in for, and it got like 20 miles per gallon, I never get that bad of a mileage.

It does not take 6 quarts of oil. Check the maual.

Yeah it sucks when its your car that it happens too. I know a kid who works at a chrysler dealer and they drive all the cars.

Your 1st mistake was bringing your car to a dealer for an oil change. Trust no one with anything of importance to you. Most likely they will fork it up or not do everything to the completion you would. An oil change is an easy thing to do that even my 15 year old sister just learned to do on her focus.

Im synical(SP) Dont trust any one.

Also go above the service manager, get the salesman, and the highest person on the sales floor or the owners assistant involved. And be a ass hole about it because in my experience being nice just lets them know they can walk on you.

ok, and check all data too...6.0qts...you do the oil change...its not a 2.2 or 2.4, it doesn't take 4.5.

come to my car, drain the oil, fill it with 4.5qts and check the dipstick where it will barely read any level... it actually takes 6.25 in reality

thanks for trying to correct me, i must not work on cars or something.

the reason i took the car to the dealer is for "free oil changes" thats the only reason why. i am a tech and have been for a few years now. i would NEVER pull this crap. you respect what other persons property and always do what they pay for, even do more for free so they can be satisfied.

IMO, you should go back there, find the kid who was messing with your car, and kick him square in the nuts. Then leave... no words, no explanation. You'd feel a lot better, and everyone else who works there that isn't a jagoff would have good story to tell. It's win-win for everyone... except for the idiot with the damaged nuts. But he deserves it.
