another HOT day at track, some questions about timeslips

ok you guys can tell me if you are getting annoyed by my constant posting of my events at the track., this probably will be the last time for a while since i'm going back to work and probably wont be off on the days i go to the track...

but anyways. was supposed to be 90 something degrees today, but nope. 104 (or higher) did better than last time. track wasnt all messy. just really hot and humid. my best time was 10.79 or something, but i dont have the slip for that, so i will just post up my best that i actually have the slip for. can someone help me out and tell me what some of these numbers mean (lol..noob) and if they are good/bad/horrible.
remember, this is with an automatic transmission:

r/t: 0.13
60': 2.459
330: 7.051
Mph: 49.59
1/8: 10.819
Mph: 64.94

the one main difference from my past times, is the r/t, and my end mph..i mostly run 63's

there also was another focusfanatic there(mightymouse). he ran some nice times for it being pretty damn hot. i know the heat takes away from my times. like i said in winter i ran 10.4 best and now i run like 10.7 rarely. his best(lol please tell me if i'm giving out too much info dude. i dont know whenthough, just going from his signature)his best time ever was 10.1, and tonight he was running low 10.4s. so hah..that proves the temp kills times!! but anyways, i'm actually surprised at my focus. his time is a lot better than mine, but it doesnt feel much like it lenght wise( you know...when you're right next to someone) i'm just pleased to know with like maybe 1 more mod i can (maybe) be even with a bone stock ST focus 5 speed, and i have an auto. maybe i shouldnt sell my focus afterall.....

oh p.s. dude, i dont know much about bracket racing. but i'm guessing you did a great job on that cobalt ss. you ran like EXACTLY your dial time or w/e they call it. like to the .00 if i read it right.

Oh I kicked ass bracket racing. Won it all. 75 dollars cash, 75 dollars in gift cards, a trophy, and a hat.

All runs were a 10.4 dial in.

1st run-10.400 with a .087 R/T.
2nd run-Bye run because I had the lowest R/T.
3rd run-Ran a 10.396 he broke out as well and since I was closest I won.
4th run- Ran a 10.447 I beat him by .005 one hell of a race.

First of all, unless you are doing heads-up racing against somebody and really aren't racing for times, your reaction time doesn't mean crap. It has no effect on your E.T. Worry more about your 60'. If you drop the 60' a 1/10th you will drop your 1/4 mile E.T by 2/10ths. So roughly, in the 1/8th you will drop it by a 1/10th.

sweet. i might have to try that sometime. all the rulles like breaking out and sandbagging and all that stuff, has me lost. i thought i wouldnt be able to do that, b/c my car is slow. but last night i think there was a crx or civic or something with a dial of like 11.4 or something

Anyone can do it as long as it will run the race. Doesn't matter how long it takes as long as you can do it.

Roush only deals with ford vehicles, mainly the mustang, F-150, and the focus. There is no such thing as a "Type R Roush Edition Civic Hatch."
