you said Jeff Gordon. LOL. Theres your problem. You do not know if Scott Speed is good or not. He dosent drive a Ferrari, so you dont know his potential. The confusing part about being in a F1 car is the shifting. If Montoya came to NASCAR he would loose. Just like NASCAR going to F1. Its 2 entirely different driving abilities. They both SUCK, but saying F1 is better makes no since. There both POLLITICAL and neither take the skill one may think it would. Neither are real racing. Gordon cant drive. But, NASCAR handed him championships. Montoya is in my opinion the best driver in F1. But, his car cant keep up with the Ferrari. This is why they both suck and neither are based on driver talent.

I'm not much of a fan for that show but you have to say its pretty Funny when you get 2 Redneck teams against each other I never seen grown men wine and Bihtc so much in my life!!

nascar is a spec series and heres how you can tell:
1. all cars have the same aero shape, this prevents any form of winning due
to actual testing and coming up with something new.

2. all cars have the same tires. this is mainly to keep crashing and bitching to
a minimum i think

3. all the cars no matter the brand use the same engine and trans. so that
way no one whines over someone having more power

4. nascars is just dumb luck driving. you basicly drive like your on the freeway till someone takes you out by screwing up (how you can mess up on a track that has only 3 turns is beyond me.)

ih and by the way a used porsche for 60k can lap the nastard drivers at under half the cost, with the ac on and the stereo cranked, real driving, my ass.


if you wanna see fun spec racing go to a spec miata event. theres nothing like a bunch of guys in flyweight cars all trying to enter the same corner at the same time. its freakin hilarious. or run in a spec focus cup. ist the same thin but with hatches and sedans, lol.

Oh hell yeah. That first turn is just crazy. They all just throw caution to the wind and plow in there like 7 cars wide and the way those guys throw the car into some of those corners.
