OEM ZX3 ses upgrades for ZX3 s

I'm wanting to install a couple accessories from a 06 ZX3 ses on my 06 ZX3 s. I want to install the factory front fog lamps and also cruise control. My question is ; what all do I need to buy from my parts dept. (I work at a ford parts Dept.) to do this? or is the car pre-wired for these accessories?

I know you can buy the fog lights as a complete kit, including wiring and switches and everything. Not sure about the cruise tho, its of course possible, but not available as a kit as far as I know.

The ford parts depot, Does carries Cruise control kits.
They are $300-$400, and should be a relatively easy install...

However, I've noticed I could only find kits for on ebay for the zetec.

I am sure they have a kit for the duratec.
