Intercooler size? Core?

Hi. I would like to know what size IC application would suit 450+hp @ fly. I have searched, and still searching. Thanks to those in advance for contributions.

Core: L=18" H=12" Thick=3"/3.5"

Does this look right? Cheers.

Put the largest intercooler in that you can squeeze in ,You cannot go to big with that power goal

Would I just be better to measure what space I have to play with and fabricate something that way?

You'll have to take into consideration also the size of the turbo you are going with. With your horsepower goals I don't think you can go too big. But if aren't in that HP range too big of an intercooler can hurt you.

This question is best answered with more info on your setup.
