Whats the best sts fr the SVTF and where can I get it the cheapest lol?

best is the CFM adjustable...only available at their site (as far as i know), but it's also the most pricey.
Cheapest would be the ford racing/steeda sts...they are both the same just with a different name...there are a bunch of places you can find them.

I vouch for the CFM sts as well, good craftmenship and includes new hardware. Sits the lowest too. Bit pricey. but way worth it.

^^^ Pry off the shift boot with a flathead screwdriver (rear part of boot) and use a 17mm open end wrench to unscrew the knob.

Also, you might find this link VERY useful: STS How-to (Compliments of WD40)
It is a different product (brand), but the install should be the same.
