you have to do any cutting on the wiring or did you jump/add/splitoff something

to all those saying that their focus "came from the factory with the mod":
do your fogs work like running lights? i.e. - on no matter what as long as the car is on (w/ no lights, parking light, dims, and brights... ALWAYS on)
