I bought this and a tip from a buddy for $30 the tip says pace setter on it. The tip i have on my car with the stock muffler if i put this muffler on will i get anymore HP, remember I'm new at this that is why I'm asking

you might get a few...but not much. WHen you go to a muffler shop, ask what it would cost to cut the pipe and weld it to the stock pipe right before the axle and then bend some tube to go to the back of the car. Also see what the price would be to cut it at the flex pipe and get 2.5 inch all the way back with that muffler on it. Also, what are the diameters of the inlet and exit sides? You have the 2.0 duratec, right?

both sides are the same little under 2 1/2" and yes i have a 2.0 duratec

What are you future plans for the car? Do you want to keep it simple like intake, exhaust, header, tune? Then 2 1/2 or so is ok. 4cyl cars need backpressure more than v-8s do, so the extra pressure will help with low end tq where you prolly will need it for daily driving. But do what i said and take it to a shop and see prices from flex back and from right before the axle and back.

What group roush buy??? What are they buying?
