broken shift base
when i was at the track a few days ago i was shifting pretty hard and on the last run of the day when i shifted into 2nd i felt the shifter get loose. after the race i pulled up the boot and noticed that i had broken the shifter base right by the front 2 screws. is there anywhere i can get a new one, perhaps like a better one maybe made of metal?

There are better ones, I'll let someone else tell you aobut them though b/c I dont know where they are sold at. Also, how loose are the shifters normally? Mine could be broke, but if it is it has been broke since the day I got it, how caould I find this out?

just lift up the shift boot and look around. you can also take off the center console to get a better view on things
