Performance Chip Question

Has anyone delt with this guy before?? Seems kinda iffy and cheep?? Is this worth it?? Just a question????? Would you recomend anything like this weather its from him or another source.

I cant find performance tune on Tom's website

I checked out Tom's website and I did'nt find any kind of performance tune products on it. Where can I find them? Just want to price them out.
