4 - 2- 1 Race Headers

do any of you guys running a 4-2-1 race headers have a High Flow Catalytic Convertor installed? and if so where did you install it ? I have Race headers without the stock cat and i wanted to install a high flow cat to reduce the noise. or is there any product i can use with the 4-2-1 race headers to reduce the noise?

buy a resonator to put in the exhaust, most exhaust places have them for sale. i got mine for $50 installed for a magnaflow

does it have to be a ford focus resonator or one just to fit the piping?

Well, anything that fits the pipe should work. Which exhaust do you have on your car? Many of the companies (Boral and Magnaflow for example) have specific exhausts you can buy that are designed to reduce the noise level. Usually it's labeled as the 'SVT cat-back' instead of the regular ZX3 catback. The only difference is an extra resonator, which you can probably buy separately and fit to your car.
