Traction control and rear disk brakes?

Is the traction control option on the ZX3's the option that gives you rear disk brakes?

If the traction control isnt it then what is it cuz I know there is an option that ads rear disk on the non-svt foci.

it was advance trac that gave you disk brakes. advance trac so happens to include traction control and abs in the package. Not availible on the 2004 models
