I ground a gear today OUCH!!!......sounded more pronounced than normal.....guess the weight helped push away a little when that happens......I am STILL gonna keep it in though......

I did this mod today. Feels nice. Shifts a lot quicker. Definitely worth the effort of removing a bolt.

I think this should improve some 1/4 mile times significantly!!!

Well, I gave it a shot. Personally, I dont know if it was just my car, but I think doing this made shifting feel horrible. I think it goes into gear smoother with the weight on. Maybe it's just my car or maybe I did it wrong. Anythings worth a try though.
