Our government is quite keen on siezing property and reeping profit or whatever from it lately. that. That is bullshit.

If I were forced to sell it (hell, remember, they took my license), that would be doable, but outright essentially stealing it, no way.
There's always one in every crowd... The same person who in prison complains because they only show barney on the tv. HELLO YOUR IN JAIL YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS!

Now for your comment, why shouldn't your car be impounded and crushed? I mean your deliberatly breaking the law, and you take full responsiability for YOUR actions. You made the choice to drag, its nobodys fault but yours, that meaning you shouldn't have a say in what the state or law enforcement does to your car. What kind of trouble will there be? I mean your on camera from the cop car, he's got radar, what evidence doesn't hold you accountable? I'm sure taking the cop to court will really make the judge and jury sway in your favor . If your dumb enough to street race, then that's one less moron off the roads, and one less car that could possibly take a life.

I personally would love to see an eye for an eye when it comes to crimes. Kill someone street racing, you should be stood up exactly where you killed that couple and have someone run your ass over at the same speed.

That would be 'nice'.......

I just now noticed this quote...but if that's the case...how many of those 1k mods are legal ;) Granted that most of it might be towards your sound system and such but if you have illegal parts on there that wouldn't pass emissions and/or any other law then that's all the more reason they have to crush it.

Agreed, guns don't kill people, people kill people. The same can be said for a car, it doesn't kill anyone, but the bonehead behind the wheel does.

TAKE IT TO A TRACK!!!!! This macho bullshit with always having to prove you're faster and, "oh he dropped a gear and challenged me, and if I don't man up, well, then I'm not a man." crap is really pathetic. I'd rather lose on a track the right way than win on the street...

This is just my opinion...I would like to see the street racing threads on this forum deleted. Leaving the threads open seems to contradict everything were saying against street racing.

Don't street race kids, but feel free to open a thread and tell us about your latest kill?!?!

There's already been a bunch of talk about that with the staff, it's been an ongoing conversation as of late.......

Oh yeah...it's been discussed...that, and Top Speed threads.
FF is trying to be as open as possible short of banning them (as they are on other forums),
but I for one would just as soon s-can the whole lot of em.

and once again this is why i dont comment in these threads. did anyone read the title or story? evidently the word alleged didnt click. the news makes people so biased its not funny.
once hes found guilty its no longer alleged, but yet so many already find them guilty.
for example say s2 was alleged to have been a contributory factor to a death in a crash while streetracing as reported by the news. guilty already right?
