well, i donno lebanon scraped and had the track freshly prepped just before the open of this season so...im pretty sure track prep was just fine when we ran a few weeks ago. not to mention ive had my car nearly 4 years i KNOW what it can do rather than some magazine homo jumping in it for 3 or 4 passes down some haggard ass 1/4 mile strip in the back woods of arkansas or some shit. WF with what u have in RIGHT NOW id make u eat your words... dont write checks ur ass cant cash (always wanted to say that).

intake, header, exhaust and chiped Zetec vs. an ST with intake, TB, exhaust... hmmm... that is actually an equal match up so you wouldn't make me eat my words... I have no CAT by the way either not just a Cat-back.

im more than comfortable in my car. i enjoy the exhaust note and gives the focus a lil better acceleration and fuel mileage from hauling less bucket ass.. only seat that matters is the one im sitting in.

id need firemanfrank to chime in on this but if i remember correctly we were bucking a pretty stiff headwind going down the track that night prolly easy 10-15 mph headwind which would affect trap and et alike. no excuses but i think i have a 15.4-15.5 car on 93 octane and no wind with a proper launch

yes, they are slow. fast is a 6.90 et like my friend got in his 71 twin turbo 502b.b. camaro with a 250 shot on top of it... fast is 5.85 @ 233 by the jet car that was at LVD that night. fast is not a focus....

You misunderstood. The 14s are gonna be NA. I am a good track day away from 14s right now. The head swap will be a higher flowing ported and polished head that is milled in order to bump up my compression a bit. Add to that cams and the weight reductions I will be putting into place, and there will be mid-low 14s NA.

With the nitrous, God only knows. WAAAAAAY into the 13s should be a mediocre run.
