Apexi Avc-r Boost Controller

Hello, finally go the avc-r hooked up on the roush turbo project, looks great, placed it behind the steering wheel and before the speedometer.
the thing bout it is that is a uch a complex and intricate bost controller that i dont even know how to lower or raise boost on it yet? the boost is displayed in "mm hg" not in lbs, so i havent even hit it because im scared i pushing 500lbs of boost!!!!
it has all kinds of setings, which are realy cool, if i knew how to use it, it has boost per rpm, or boost boost per gear, diferent settings a / B. i downloaded the intrsuctions from the apxi website, but not very user friendly at all. felt like i was back in first year algebra and i skipped too many classes to know what's going on, u know?
i have don the searches in the forums and i know there are some peps out there that have installed, wondering if you guys just learned from using it or if you found a better article then me, showing you how to play with it
thanks you in advanced for any help provided.
Rich

Well, I have the SAFC and yes it is kind of a pain to figure it out. I wish I could buy a avc-r some time soon for my car, so far I been experimenting with some manual boost controller "home made" and they worked so far but it could be better.

oh yeah bro, i did. once you know what to do and get teh full potnetial of it, you can do diferetn boost at diferent gears on the same setting and have a second seting with the diferent info. i spoke with apex rep, very nice dude, he actually ran me through te whole programing eventhough some doushbag in miami wanted to charge $150 for programing it for me.
very complex yet complete controller, keep in mind that it reads bars not pounds of boost, bars

Yes, I installed and learn it and everything but there is a small problem it does not work with our learning ecu's, the ecu learns what the SFC is doing and bypass it, the only benefit is it buffers the signal and allowed me to install the bov after the maf with no problems and also reduces backflow signal.
