The only other one within 100 miles of me was the same year, with 9000 fewer miles, and $2k more, so it seemed to meet local market price.

Blue book agrees with me.

But yeah, the 16s are kind of a bummer. The PO bent a few stockers. I'm probably going to get the Euro wheels eventually and keep these for snow tires.

good idea the euros are excellent. i guess it all depends on the surrounding market. with them being more rare everyday, it'll make you feel better

I had a 96' 4.6 T-bird. Loved the car, but damn they don't have a resale value worth a crap.

2004 3-door SVT w/EAP
02/15/2005
Used - 6K miles in excellent condition (Ford CPO car)
Drive away price (Car + TTL) was more than I had planned on paying ($16.9K) but I justified to myself this way - I was getting more warranty than I had planned on for a used car and the "other" used car I was looking at (VW GTI R32) was almost twice as much.

I bought my 03 svtf 3 door, in March of 04. It sat at the dealer for a year, and but only had 110miles. It has everything except the Euro pckg., traction cont., and heated seats. (Black in color), I paid $16,200, out the door.

Definately a great car, loads of fun but you're dead on on their resale value. Mine was in excellent condition, clear corners, custom dual exhaust with flowmasters, nice Alpine cd player, and alpine type s speakers all around and they reluctantly gave me around $2,000 for it. Dang stealerships!
