well, the car has a 4 inch dent that will cost a few hundred to fix.

I saw the ad posted on "craigslist" locally, called the owner, drove down an hour later to see it, called him back later to make an offer, and picked it up the next morning.

honestly, I dont think the guy did research on what they were selling for- he diddn't know much about the car, just that it was fun to drive.

I think he just looked up what other focus's were selling for, and added a little bit.

thats why I had to move so fast on the sale- before soneone else told him what it was worth.

tee hee hee. I know I'll burn in hell somewhere, but at least I'll be driving my SVTF there.

I bought mine 2 years ago this month.

At the time, it had 25K miles on it, perfect condition, and i got it for 10900. Was the only nice thing working at a chevy dealership when a ford i liked came in on trade and they wanted it gone. I think i was told it was only $300 over what they paid for it so i got a killer deal. And as far as i know, atleast on this site, its the oldest SVT at #0024 in 02, one of the first 25 to roll off the line.
