CFM race cat

Well guys I decided to go with the cfm race cat and what a success it was for me achieved the things I wanted freed up the system without the rice sound you get from an off road pipe and almost a $100 cheaper than their reg hfc, had a bit of a hollow/booming sound at first between 2-3k but not really any drone in the cab kinda like flowmasters on a 6cyl but softer , but once I downloaded toms base tune
(as far as I got) it really made it sound good , toned it down between that 2-3k spot & lets it sing high up the range . No rice here
hopefully talk with tom tonight and update the tune

Thank you for the review. I am on the fence between hfc and orp.

It will work fine until it cracks after the cat in a year or two and becomes a two piece unit.
Both mine and a friend's CFM cats did this in under two years.
