Essentially, all that is needed is the parts.
Brake Caliper Assy.
Brake disk
Wheel hub nut
Wheel hub and bearing assy.
Caliper anchor plate bolts
brake caliper bolts
disk shield
rivets for disk shield
wheel spindle
wheel spindle bolt
dust (grease) cap

Price is prohibitive however. I have been investigating using the SVT brake kit, but so far it looks like it will not fit (06-07 anyway).

Yes. The trailing arm assy. does not appear to have changed (00-07). If you don't have one, suggest you get the procedure from the shop manual. Has many cautions and also how to rebalance the brake bias.

If you get something to work in regards to rear disks, let me know. I'm planning to call the dealership to get prices on the ST rear assembly. If i can get the part numbers, i'll see if a friend of mine can hook me up.

But i still want to know what can/cannot be done.

Just so I'm clear--

So if I wanted to change out my rear drums and swap em to discs, what exactly would I need to do? What parts would I need, specifically? I'm running 15' alloy wheels at the moment, would those need to be enlarged? I don't want the SVT brake rotors, because honestly those things are complete pieces of shit. I owned an 03 SVT for 5 years, so trust me, I would know. Had to change out the rotors 3x and finally got sick of em and upgraded to the EBC kit- front and back and those things were bulletproof. Suggestions?
