I've started collecting parts to upgrade my front brakes with SVT brakes and retrofit my suspension.
What I have:
2006 ZX3 S
Saleen 04-05 suspension kit

What I will soon have:
SVT front brake kit
2003 stock 16s
00-04 Lower front control arms
biscuitninja's rear sway bar bracket (since my S doesn't have the mounts)
Steeda rear camber kit (should take care of any problems aligning the rear suspension)

This should be enough to do the swap correctly, I believe. If you can think of anything else that I will need, let me know.

If I'm not mistaken, the '05-'07 uses the same style front spindle as the SVT, so you should just need to replace the calipers and possibly the mounting brackets, so unless I'm wrong you shouldn't need to replace your spindles or control arms.

I thought that too, at first. After rereading the guide at the top, to bolt up the SVT kit I would either have to order the new ball joints and have them retrofitted (I don't have the tools to do that myself) or just order new control arms (which I can put on myself). The Saleen Kit would also require the use of earlier spindles, so I thought the better idea would be to retrofit the LCAs, and make everything else pretty much a bolt-on upgrade. At least, that's what I thought to begin with.

The Saleen kit says 04-05 but according to your post it should be interchangeable with and say 00-05....................

Can some one seriously get this down.... as in put in a year "this date to that date"
YOU NEED THIS PART LIST

and do it for every year that there is and if you have a SVT and you want to upgrade then so this....

sort of listing... I konw that some years did a swap in the middle but list that...

this suspension guide has a few to many holes... I want disk brakes all the way around. Brimbos up front and damn it since they wont make them for the rear i want upgraded disk, not just the SVT or what ever rear.

So if swapping to SVT brakes are you required to go larger than 16" wheels?

Some 16" will fit. I know the earlier 6-spoke does fit as I've seen 2000blackzx3's SVTF with them for winter.

Pretty much any 16" wheel will fit over the SVT brakes, there's even a few aftermarket 15s that will. The front SVT calipers aren't overly large, they're basically the same as the non-SVT calipers, just slightly larger to accomodate the 300mm rotors.

Ska ^^ is right on. The stock 16's fit just fine with SVT brakes. I always run my 16's in winter. There are a few 15's that will fit, not the stockers, and its real close.

Killer zetec: if your car is an 03 you are correct. Just get the svt kit and it is a bolt-on. Sindles , brakes, new brake lines ( go stainless while you are at it). And you will need the REAR section of the svt E-brake cable. Thats all.
