BLUE ST or SES with SAP?

Danged if I didn't have the presence of mind to get a picture this weekend but I was at the dealership getting my tags and in the showroom they had a BLUE ST (at least it had the SAP so I figured it was an ST) for $18k lacking most options but had the nicest stock wheels I've ever seen -- and they're NOT the stock Focus 16" wheels. They were more of a 10 spoke design and polished.

Anyone know of a BLUE ST? IT was the brightest, shiniest blue I've seen. Almost purple but not quite. Closer to the WRX blue. I had to take a look at my CD silver out the window a few times to decide which I liked better.

I checked the dealer's web site inventory to see if it was listed but it wasn't. Is this, perhaps, an '07? Also, the seating surfaces were cloth but appeared to have a different pattern than the stock seats.

I don't think it was an ST because the the St only comes in black, silver, grey, and red.

That's what I thought too!

Either I have the SCOOP on a new ST color or this was an SES with the SAP.

Waiting for a salesman to call me back to confirm. . . stay tuned. Off the cuff he said it IS an ST and it IS an '06.

D@mn it's pretty...

EDIT:
OK, here's the deal... it's NOT an ST. It's an SE with SAP. And it was $18k.

I didn't think you could put the SAP on anything but an ST. . . I guess you can!

Also, ask him what engine is in it. If it's a 2.0, it's just a SES.

Yep, according to the sticker it's an SE with the 2.0 and SAP 1.

I think they should call it the Poser Option Package (POP).

Sounds like it's Sonic Blue to me, not a new color? It's very bright can look almost purple from certain angles. Not sure on the wheels though?

The wheels apear to be stock 15" aluminum 8 spoke wheels. (Well, 16 because they're split.) Sadly, I like them better than the stcok 16" wheels.

the ST rims are 5spokers

Theyre identical to the regular 5spokers, but that little indent in the center of the spke has been widened for the ST
