well guys. i dont know where to go from here....

im riding on borrowed wheels and out 450.00 dollars....

does anyone have any suggestions to what i can do.... i know someone cant scam that much money out of someone and get away with it :/

i guy i work with is building one of those factory five kit cobras and the guy he bought the trans from stiffed him and he filled a police report and then the local police where ever the guy was from presued the issue.i think the guy is getting charged with fraud and has to pay him back. I'll talk to him about next week and see what happened, we spoke about it a last week some time. Oh and that really suck for both of you most people on this site are cool but i guess there are some losers on here.

Find out about Small Claims court in his jurisdiction (I woiuld guess?)... get in touch with the local PD and find out what channels you have to go through??

I filed a report and got a detective on it. Still waiting for some word back. Forwarded all of my PMs and such, and also hooked him up with my paypal email saying the seller is at fault. We'll see what happens, patience is the key with things like this i guess.
