did you pull those codes using the instrument panel trick? I don't know what the p2274 is off hand, but the p1111 is insignificant...

all that P1111 code means is all parameters hadn't been self-tested during that drivecycle when you pulled the codes... you can ignore it, it doesn't throw a CEL and won't cause any driveability problems.

googling the words "p2274" and "obd" netted a pdf document for the 2003 PZEV from motorcraft... here's an exerpt

Sounds like you need a rear 02 sensor, or you are REALLY running lean!

Scott_SVT thank you very much for the info. I'll replace the rear O2 sensors. I got one more Q tho. Since the rear O2 sensors are for long term fuel efficiency, what happens if the O2 sensor is not replaced? worse fuel consumption?
once again thanks for the help.

p1000 is the duty cycle test, not p1111 which is "Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor intermittent high voltage" which may be the cause of the o2 sensor issues, also pointed to by p0114 which is "Intake Air Temperature Circuit Intermittent". Looks like you need to look at the IAT sensor and see if it is ok.

He does that on all new tunes, but he didn't on some of the early early ones.
