Question Changing Stock Headlights for Halo?

Hello All,

I need some help with changing the stock headlights on a Pitch Black 03 ZTS sedan.

(please see my pics for an example of my car)

I want to go with the halo look with a black housing (Chrome or white isn't out of the plan yet).

I looked through the "How To" section with all the headlight links (which is extremely cool) and found a few that I liked.

Black Euro: http://www.european-parts.net/catalo...products_id=60

and this one I really like:

But my question is, with either of these two, do I have to get HID or can I use stock bulbs or better yet, some Sylania Silver Stars? I want to use standard bulbs (silverstar for me) in my new headlights so I want to get one that requires minimal work to install. (i.e. no wiring kits, special bulbs, DOT approved etc)

Do you guys have any recommendations on headlight treatments for this car? If this was your car, which headlight treatment would you do?

Thanks for any help.

Jojo

I know that the second choice looks like a Hella imatation. Prob not the best quality. I might look into the halo lights on e-bay, the kind that zx34me purchased.
And i see no reason why you couldn't use Silverstar lightbulbs...
