My street tires are ES-100s....... I took em to the track once. Was 2 seconds slower than on race rubber.

You can't seriously expect to contend on street tires.

those are the fastest tires i have run on, being i cant really afford to run real R compound tires. differnt tires for racing and normal street driving


maybe i am prejudgeing a good tire but i have had very bad luck with toyos in the past given it wasnt the RA-1s

AVS ES100? Damn, those will even get out performed by regular Falken Azenis RT-615s. Thats not a track tire. RA-1s are an amazing tire that many racers use.
