Have you contacted the admin of FF? He might be able to get you an IP, thus a service provider, leading to an address, at which you can contact the local authorities for internet fraud.

well, running a ping command through windows, it pulls up as an active ip address, and recieves data to and from the host. good luck, and hopefully this works

according to the Mesa Municipal Clerk of Courts, there is a Les Paul Brown DOB 08/12/76, with a record. The last entry on his record is a 'failure to appear' so there is probably an FTA warrant on the guy.
Mesa's clerk of courts phone number according to their webpage is 480-644-2255 Took about 3.5 minutes to get this info... you just gotta know where to look. You should be able to get even more public information on him if you call the court. Good luck!
