does that prove that some of the speed limits need to be raised? especially since the average car today being faster then it used to be 5 and 10 years ago and able to sustain high speeds better than it used to.

i heard that a bunch of years back the NJ police did the same thing. It was called a rolling road block and prevented people from speeding.

I have no problem with the speed limit. It could be bumped up 5-10 mph, but I'd be worried about the rusted out POS that's riding next to me. I wish WI had inspections, it'd remove a good chunk of the junkers that are driving down the road today.
