i could say something really bad but i will refrain as it may offend many ppl
and i dont understand it either.. but it is just a neon... and are you sure it really is an SRT-4 and not a ripoff of one on a stock neon? :)

I thought that trend was over with a decade ago. I always hated the small wheels that stick out past the fenders like that. It's just so stupid. If its a Neon trying to be an SRT-4 they spent a lot of money on the rear bumper and dual exhaust.

I never understood why people put those silly go-cart rims that stick out a foot from the side of the car on their rides, it just looks rediculous!!! IMO of course lol

those also look like gold datons.. even in small prices not terribly cheap :)

and cars like that are common here in Texas :/
