Thumbs up MyFordPerformance.com, the best of the best!

This post is to tell you all about My For Performance.com

I have been purchasing upgrades for my foci (first one was S2, RIP, and current one is ZX5) since 2001. I have tried about 4 different companies (MAD PERFORMANCE, MCNEWSAUTOMOTIVE, TIRE RACK, and MYFORDPERFORMANCE) My experience w/ Tire Rack was great. As for Ray Dixon (owner of MYFORDPERFORMANCE) he has served me happily since 2001 (First mod ever was from him, diablo sport chip). I have since purchased from him from time to time over the past 5 years. I have never had a problem, and always sung praises of his name.

Well, this past month I purchases Eibach Pro Damper kit from him. Through no fault of Ray's the damper set had a defective front passenger damper, that caused my car to bounce all over the road, lead to messing up my alighnment, warping my tires, etc over 2 weeks time. When I called Ray to see if I can get another set of dampers and replace the ones I have, not only did he help me out w/ my problem, but he went above and beyond. Normally, when you have a defective damper from a company, you are to contact the manufacturer, send the product back to them, they determine fault and credit you or send you another one. That process could take WEEKS. The dampers I replaced were BUSTED, so I didn't have ones to temporarily put on my car, not to mention installation fees. So rather than having to purchase new ones, get the defective ones back to eibach, RAY sent me a set of dampers on HIS, I repeat, HIS credit so that I would not be w/o my car. This is above and beyond in my eyes!!! Most people would say, sorry there is nothing I Can do for you and I would be S.O.L. Not w/ Ray.

I have always said that I trust Ray and MyFordPerformance.com, specially after being screwed by other people. I will continue to purchase from them from now on. I give Ray and his company the highest recommendations to any one not sure of which vendor to use. I have been a loyal customer of his for the past 5 years, and will continue to be one for as long as I am moddin cars. And Ray, thank you again man, my G-ride is tearin' S[:)][:)][:)][:)][:)][:)] up on the road again like it should. You are the man Ray. I will get those dampers back to you this weekend.

Ray, just to let you know, I finally sent those defective dampers back to you today. I tried monday, they were closed cause of the holiday. Tuesday went back, found out that I was at UPS and the return labels were for FEDEX, so today (Wed 2/22) found a fedexkinkos that was local and got them out to you. You should have them back by monday. Thank you so much for your help Ray, you truly are THE MAN!

Thanks for the kind words Steve, very much appreciated. I'm always happy to help.

Has it been 5 years now, Wow !! myFordFocus.com launched spring 2001, myFordPerformance.com Fall of 2001, so very close myFP relaunched as IntakesAndExhaust.com in Summer of 2005 to broaden my horizons

Thanks everyone
