If you ordered through PayPal, you cannot file a claim after 45 days if you feel like you have been wronged. However, in order to file a claim you must have documented communication with the seller. In other words, sent emails, or replied emails explaining the situation. I'm not sure if you can even file a claim if you're not registered with PayPal at the time of the order... but I'd try to register using the same email. After 45 days.. PayPal will take the claim, but do nothing to insure you get your money back.

I know this because I waited a few days too long to file my claim with PayPal against Marcy Motorsports. I ordered $500 of products from his site on Nov 27, 2005. Since then I've been ridiculed by fellow FF's for "whining", and I've seen how condescending Walter is to anyone who complains about his business practices. He makes it seem like it's our fault that we haven't gotten what we have already paid for months ago. I've tried emailing, calling, calling several times every day. I find it strange that he answered my phone call on the first ring after he'd asked me for my ECU code, but hasn't answered since then. Whatever, the case, I don't think that guy cares about customers outside of California.

I haven't seen a lot of complaining about F2... so this might be a fluke. I'm sorry it happened to you, but now I hope you understand your legal recourse- if you are within 45 days and feel like you need to make a claim with PayPal. VISA will not work to get your money back if you order anything from a place more than 100 miles from your billing address. Please everyone KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!! All this information is available on PayPal's site. I'd suggest to ANYONE who is having a problem with ANY SELLER delivering within 30 days- with or without communication- to file a claim with PayPal. At the very least, PayPal will encourage the seller to come forth with some information, or insure that the product or your money is speedily returned to you.

I filed a claim with Paypal AND Visa on a purchase I made that went bad = $450 and it was a lot more than 100 miles away from my billing add. Through a lot of documentation and over about a 2 month time period somehow, Paypal and Visa never crossed paths... I got money back from both companies and ended up coming ahead about $150 !!!!!! GOSH!!!! Lucky!! From what I hear though Ricardo is a pretty good guy from F2, you just gotta make the effort to get a hold of him and find out what the deal is -- be relentless (although it shouldn't have to be that way with legit business deal)!!

Thanks UtahSVT... I feel that it has come to that finally, and I'll call VISA today. I had a problem with someone not related to car parts many years ago, and VISA did help me out by calling the seller. I just wanted people to know what was written in their disclaimer. OF course anyone who has problems should explore every possible avenue to resolve the situation. There are sellers out there who prey on the lack of legal recourse... but I DO NOT THINK any sellers who advertise on this forum are con artists like that.

^^^ yeah he's right, Goat Roper ...thats just wrong for someone to write something like that and then not provide enough info to prove his statement.
