Focus Rookie

A hard choice
I have a chance to buy a 2002 focus svt for 11,493. it has 17,500 mi and the only problem that is known, is when shiftedat high speeds it would stall out the owner says they fixed the problem. I didnt have a chance to try and see. (no interstate access). Is this deal worth it??
