The height is 23.9in vs 24.1in for the stock 205-50-16s. Height wise you can drop at least 1.8. I dont know about width.

I use the same size wheels on my 2000 zx3. I know you are driving the sedan, while i have a hatchback, but maybe this will help you out. I have eibach sportline springs on my car, which drop the car between 2 and 2.5 inches, and I love it. I use it for daily driving and it's just fine. No rubbing, no camber or uneven tire wear issues.....yet.....stiff, yet comfortable, and definitely recommended!

i've got a ZTS, with 215/35/18 tires on a 40mm offset wheel, and i have it dropped with the h&r cup kit (2.7" drop, settles to about 3"). i have no problems. if you have any questions, drop me a PM.
