^^^ what do you mean by better? do you mean more horsepower? or emissions? the less restriction you have the more horsepower you're going to gain. so the orp will give you more horsepower than a high flow cat but the orp's aren't emission legal!

the orp is also louder. another thing, the reason the high flow cat is so high is probably the demand. it's the only high flow cat on the market for the SVT focus

I live in texas and i have the Borla cat back with a CFM High Flow cat. I have had my car inspected the past three years i have had this and they have never said a word. they really don't care in texas. now california, you could have problems there.
