i don't have it myself but that IS the next mod i'm going with. that and TB at the same time. there's a few recent threads about the rt cat and i haven't heard of anyone on here saying not to get it or it's not worth it. it apparently adds 5-7 hp to the wheels and sounds real good. there are some sound clips floating around this site. search around and you'll find them. i think it sounds awesome. plus it seems like there are quite a few people that just get a rt cat and leave the rest of the exhaust alone (which is what i'm doing also). it's probably so expensive because it's the only high flow cat for our cars but dollar for horsepower, i believe it's a good investment.

lol yes we do , the sts will be in tomorrow i'm not even off work yet...
i'll find out on friday if there is anything we can do as far as contacting ford...
and i think after i finish my audio i'm goin with the r/t cat....i'm just iffy about my subs and amp , wil it hurt me that bad in racing ?
its 2 12' in a port buox with like a 5-10 lb amp....but i'm gonna take out that garbage stock sub lol....

i can't help you there, i've never been into subs. i think the stock audiophile system sounds pretty good. it could use a little more bass but i'm not worried about it enough to change it

I'm not sure why it pops that bad. It freaked me out at first, but everything is tightened and I have no leaks. It might be because the computer never relearned the modification... I don't think I had my tune installed either... I forget when I got my Predator.

It pops on decelleration - drive 30 mph and coast in 3rd and it'll pop until you press the brakes or clutch. I'll have to have my bro do another clip again when it's warmed up and possibly another cold start idle/rev (which most clips seem to be anyways).

my magnaflow cat-back exhuast pops whenever i downshift with no gas or let off the gas in high revs , i was told t mayb get a wastegate....it reminds me of someone making popcorn in my muffler...lol

I believe every SVT Pops. You just dont hear it too bad on a stock exhaust set-up due to the two resonators on the stock exhast. As soon as i got the magnaflow on, you heard it. Popped when warm and even worse when cold. Always when above the 3000 mark.

Got my tune from Wayne and most of it went away, or at least the ping noise associated with the pop. It became a lot more subtle after the tune.
